Ordering and payments

Whilst I do not have an online cart on this website I am happy to receive enquiries via email at sarah@rossthompsonprints.com

Not all items on this website are currently available and there are many other newer pieces which have not been uploaded yet. If you have seen a work on social media feel free to enquire about its availability.

Due to the hand-inking and the nature of the printmaking process there may be substantial differences between some of the editions. Where possible I will email available editions so that the customer can choose which one they prefer. Most of the print runs are limited to 30.

Artworks have been photographed as accurately as possible however screen settings may alter the image which appears on your own monitor slightly.

Payments are taken through paypal.me/rossthompsonprints or by Bank Transfer. Bank details will be given on confirmation of an order.

Shipping

Items below £50 in value will be sent 1st class Royal Mail. Larger items and those above £50 in value will be sent tracked unless agreed otherwise by the customer prior to completion of purchase.

UK shipping

Where possible orders will be packed and shipped within 5 - 10 working days. Artwork which is editioned on request will require an extra 14 days approximately for the work to fully dry. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail/Parcel Force depending on size and weight.

International Shipping

I will ship to most countries but delivery times vary. Royal Mail have limited insurance for art items. Customers wishing to choose an alternative delivery choice and enhanced insurance do so at their own expense.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. These may be requested on delivery. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping to the EU post Brexit

From Jan 2021 EU shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees according to the laws of the destination country. These may be requested on delivery. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Returns

UK Returns

If the artwork is not as you expected you may request a refund. Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service as it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

Damaged artwork

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph of the item and the packaging.

Returns from outside the UK

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
